We will conduct the consultation via WhatsApp video call. We call you on your WhatsApp number or share WhatsApp video call link. 

The consultation will be a strict 20 minute video call. At the scheduled time, please ensure you are in a quiet and well-lit location for the video call. We will initiate the call promptly at the appointment time.

Please note that the appointment may need to be rescheduled in the event of an emergency or unforeseen busy schedule. If this occurs, I will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a new time that works for both of us. In case of any untoward cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we can provide a refund.

If you do not receive the call at your appointment time, please do not worry. It may be due to an unexpected emergency situation. Simply leave a WhatsApp message, and we will get back to you with a new rescheduled date and time.

This consultation does not include follow-ups or any additional discussion after your 20-minute session is over. If you wish to speak again, you will need to book another online consultation and make the necessary payment.

Online consultations are never appropriate for emergency situations and cannot replace a one-to-one physical and clinical examination. If you have an urgent medical issue, please seek immediate attention at the nearest healthcare facility.

To make the most of our consultation, please send me any relevant photos, videos, prescriptions, and reports to my WhatsApp number before we start. Additionally, please have the following ready:

• A list of any current medications you are taking.
• Relevant medical records, test results, or previous diagnoses.
• A list of symptoms and any questions or concerns you would like to discuss.
